Technology Consulting for SMBs
Your company grew.
Your operations didn't keep up.
I help SMB owners get out of firefighting mode and organize their operations with technology — from diagnosis to implementation, until it actually works.
Sound familiar?
If any of these situations are part of your daily routine, we need to talk:
- You spend the whole day putting out fires and have no time left to think about the company's future
- Your team wastes hours on manual tasks that should be automated
- You make important decisions "in the dark", without reliable data
- Too many spreadsheets — and none of them are up to date
- Your systems don't talk to each other, and information gets lost between departments
- You already tried fixing it with a new system, but nothing changed in practice
- Sales keep coming in — but the company is growing on a fragile foundation
If you checked 3 or more, the problem isn't lack of effort. It's lack of technological structure — and it can be fixed.
Why this happens
Your company grew through sheer hustle.
That's normal — but it comes at a price.
Most SMBs go through the same cycle:
The company grows
Demand rises, structure doesn't keep up
Processes that worked with 10 people don't scale to 50. Spreadsheets turn into monsters. Systems don't match the real operation.
The symptoms appear
Rework, fines, money leaking away
Payroll inflated by manual tasks. Decisions made in the dark. The owner overloaded, trapped in day-to-day operations. Revenue keeps coming in, but the foundation is fragile.
The attempts fail
New system, spreadsheets, consulting — nothing solved it
The system ended up underused. The spreadsheet became one more problem. The consultancy delivered a report — and the plan stayed in a drawer.
These attempts fail because no one goes the full distance: understanding the business, translating it into a technology solution, implementing it in practice, and making sure the team uses it.
That's exactly where I come in.
How it works
4 phases. From diagnosis to results.
Operational Diagnosis
1–2 weeks
I go into your company, talk to your people, follow the day-to-day, and map the real bottlenecks — not the ones someone thinks exist, the ones that actually block the operation.
Solution Architecture
1 week
With the diagnosis in hand, I translate each pain point into a technical specification: what needs a system, what needs automation, what needs integration — and what just needs a better-defined process.
Implementation
4–8 weeks
This is where most stop. I don't. I build and configure the solutions in your company's real environment, with real data and real processes.
Team Activation
2–4 weeks
Implementation is useless if nobody uses it. I train the team, adjust the workflows with them, and follow through until it becomes routine. The deliverable isn't a system — it's adoption.

Not a report-only consultancy.
Not a software vendor.
Others:
They deliver a report with recommendations
Me:
I deliver the solution implemented and working
Others:
They sell generic software without understanding the business
Me:
First I understand, then I propose
Others:
They execute what you ask (even when it's not what you need)
Me:
I diagnose what actually needs to be solved
Others:
They charge enterprise prices and treat SMBs all the same
Me:
A methodology designed for the reality of SMBs
Others:
They finish the project and disappear
Me:
I stay until the team is using it and the results show
Technology is a means, not an end. What matters is your company operating with more efficiency, control, and profit.
Results
What changes in practice
Owner putting out fires all day
Owner with time to think about growth
Team lost in manual tasks
Automated, standardized processes
Decisions made "in the dark", without data
Real visibility of the operation in real time
Systems that don't talk to each other
Integrated tools working together
Money leaking through inefficiency
Lower costs, fewer errors, better margins
Heavy atmosphere and friction between departments
A team with clarity, less chaos, less conflict
Honest question: how much do you lose every month to rework, fines, missed deadlines, and labor spent on tasks that could be automated? The investment in organizing your operation pays for itself — usually within a few months.

Who is Caio Matsui
I'm a technology consultant working with SMB owners who feel their operation has slipped out of control. My specialty is going into the business, understanding the company's reality, and building tailor-made technology solutions that organize the operation, reduce costs, and give control back to the owner.
I don't sell tools. I don't deliver reports. I implement until it works.
Ready to organize your operation?
If you own an SMB with annual revenue between $1M and $20M USD, a team of 30 to 200 employees, and you feel your operation needs structure — let's talk.
The first step is a quick conversation so I can understand your situation. No commitment, no generic report. Just an honest conversation to see if it makes sense for us to work together.
